The possible-to-probable first round playoff matchup between the San Jose Sharks and Los Angeles Kings would be hard to top for both teams. Ever since Joe Thornton kayaked his way through center ice after scoring the series-clinching goal against the Kings in 2011, the two teams seem to play every game with the intensity of a playoff game.

Luckily for us, the schedule makers left us two late season games to build up a little more hatred before the postseason begins.

So without further delay, TRH presents: The Battle for Fourth Place: Part I.

FINALLY... I was on SiriusXM NHL Network's The War Room last Thursday to talk about the LA Kings season so far and the possibility of an LA Outdoor Game. I've been on The War Room a few times, and it's always a lot of fun. 

And while we are cleaning out the archives... in March, I did an appearance on The Fourth Period Radio Show, also on SiriusXM NHL Network. We spoke in-depth about my involvement with the LA Kings social media this season and how it all came to be.

Tuesday night looked like it was going to be a good one for Kings fans. The team had a chance to distance itself from the Wild and Sharks in the race for the No. 4 seed and perhaps make last valiant one more push for the Pacific Division lead.

I've never seen an episode of Game of Thrones. Heck, in fact... I've never even seen one of those Lord of the Rings movies.

If this were a movie, I would be first in line to watch it.

I spend my Sunday nights watching Mad Men. But when Jesse Cohen from All The Kings Men Podcast came to me and said he wanted to do a Game of Thrones/Los Angeles Kings Mash-up...
